Seeking the Okies First Endorsement

Okies First endorses candidates who put Oklahoma people before politics and principles before power. An endorsement is not for sale. It is earned by a public, written pledge to reject corporate money, special-interest PACs, and foreign-policy PACs — and to refuse personal market trading while holding office.

2. Money Pledge — No Corporate PACs · No Special-Interest PACs · No Foreign-Policy PACs

No corporate PACs.I will not solicit, accept, or coordinate with contributions from corporate PACs, trade-association PACs funded by corporations, or any committee whose majority funding comes from corporations or corporate officers acting in that capacity.No special-interest PACs.I will not solicit, accept, or coordinate with industry, occupational, or single-issue special-interest PACs (energy, insurance, pharma, real-estate, gambling, public-sector union leadership PACs, etc.) whose purpose is to buy access or policy outcomes rather than represent ordinary Oklahomans.No pro-Israel PACs and no other foreign-policy / foreign-interest PACs.I will not solicit, accept, or coordinate with AIPAC, Democratic Majority for Israel, Republican Jewish Coalition, or any other PAC organized primarily to advance the interests of a foreign government or a foreign-policy lobby. 3. Market-Activity Pledge — No Personal Market Moves While in Office

Public office is a public trust. You do not get to trade on what you learn in committee, appropriations, or closed briefings.

No individual stock, option, crypto-token, or futures trading while in office.From the date I file for office through 90 days after I leave office, I will not buy, sell, or short individual securities, options, single-name crypto tokens, or commodity futures for my own account or any account I control.Permitted holdings only.Allowed: widely diversified index funds and ETFs, U.S. Treasuries, Oklahoma municipal bonds, cash, and a qualified blind trust administered by an independent trustee with no family or campaign ties. Pre-existing concentrated positions will be disclosed and either sold, frozen, or placed in the blind trust within 60 days of taking office.No market-moving tips or coordinated trades.I will not share non-public official information with family, donors, or associates for trading advantage. Immediate family living in my household will be bound by the same trading ban or by the blind-trust rule.Recusal.I will recuse from any vote, appropriation, or regulatory matter that has a direct, predictable, and substantial effect on a remaining personal holding that cannot be reasonably divested.Public financial disclosure.I will file a plain-language annual holdings report on my official or campaign site, in addition to any Ethics Commission or FEC requirement.

In your own words (250 words max): Why should ordinary Oklahomans trust you with this office? Name one vote or appointment you would refuse even if it cost you donors.

Current résumé / bio (2 pages max).Most recent campaign finance report, or a signed statement that no committee has yet been formed.List of all PACs, Super PACs, 527s, and 501(c)(4)s that have given to any campaign you have run or controlled in the last eight years.List of current individual securities, options, and business interests (or a statement that all such holdings are already in a qualified blind trust).Headshot and one outdoor full-body photo for possible independent-expenditure use. Grant of license is not required until endorsement is offered.

8. Certification

I certify that every statement on this application is true. I understand that an Okies First endorsement is independent: it does not make Okies First my authorized committee, and I will not coordinate independent expenditures. I understand that a material breach of this pledge after endorsement is grounds for public withdrawal of the endorsement.
